Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with medical scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage and update patient records in electronic systems
- Greet and check-in patients, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office setting preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some social media knowledge would be nice
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Follows directions
