Summary:
The overall objective of the Dual- Front Desk/Warehouse Assistant position is to provide hospitable service to our Team Members in order to enhance the employment experience. In addition, this position supports the functionality of all systems and compliance regulations within the designated branch. Dual- Front Desk/Warehouse is to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by the company.
Essential Functions / Tasks
Primary responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide clients with an unsurpassed level of customer service, expertise, and convenience throughout the sales and completion process.
- Answer phones and greet clients as they enter the customer service area.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship and support the team to achieve our goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance, efficient work area and work environment according to standards.
- Attend required training and meetings.
- In charge to ensure safety and security protocols are meet by only permitting authorized visitors into the Front Desk. In addition, ensure to report access of employee only areas as needed to management of anyone unauthorized is present.
- In charge of the business meeting room maintenance including restocking of paper, office supplies food & beverage as well as light cleaning as needed.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are updated with the proper status code(s) and follow up on backorders.
- Provide customers an order status and ETA’s when necessary.
- Solve customer problems with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Complete projects or assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
- Execute wareHouse Assistant position duties as needed.
- Scan all paperwork into designated software (PO’s, warehouse receipts and invoices)
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Process, package and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Responsible of completing transaction of all in and out cash charges.
- Responsible of logging all cash transactions and processing information to the Leadership team and CFO.
- Responsible of organization and business flow of packages to ensure customer timeline expectations are meet.
- Accurately examine incoming packages and distribute accordingly.
- Have an energetic, outgoing and friendly manner.
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
- Be willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities and must be able to adapt to change.
- Take initiative and work well with minimal supervision.
- Ability to solve customer problems with shipments and orders.
- Being comfortable with a computer required.
- All other duties as assigned, planned or un-planned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education, License, Certifications, Experience
- High school diploma, GED Degree, or related training equivalent - required
- 3+ year of relevant work experience in similar scope and title – required
- Warehouse, transportation or Logistics experience - preferred
Work Environment / Conditions

- Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office.
- Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.
- Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of or less than 40 hours with or without notice.

- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to see, hear, reach, use fingers to handle and feel, and stand and walk up to 8 hours on a daily basis.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to travel by foot, sitting, waiting and standing for long and short periods of time.
