OM Medispa/ Susarla Primary Care is a small business in the healthcare industry. We are professional, agile and our goal is to hire a Front desk/receptionist who is friendly, punctual, and caring. The new Front desk/receptionist MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English..

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
-MUST be BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)
-be computer friendly and have an interest in learning. We use EPIC.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
