Job Description
As a Team Lead, in our Back of House department, you will have the opportunity to lead energetic and like-minded dog loving teammates, supporting and guiding them to meet daily goals. What will I do?
- Support and coach our team
- Transport dogs to and from Cabins/Play Yards/Parents on schedule
- Layout the daily schedule of grooming, enrichments, breaks etc.
- Play with and engage with up to 25 dogs daily of varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments. (No breed restrictions here!)
- Ensure dog’s play and resting areas are clean and well maintained
- Complete and assign out daily and weekly checklist items
- Read and interpret feeding and medication instructions for proper administration
- Communicate important health and safety information with the Front of House team
- Lead new clients through the meet and greet dog interview visit and provide tours
- Operate check ins/outs/payments/reservations/emails/phone calls/in person client questions and other additional duties as needed
