We are hiring a Morning or Afternoon Receptionist/Annual Meetings Assistant.
Hours are from 9:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm.
Looking for someone with a fun, outgoing personality, who loves to laugh. Self motivated. Is very organized. Detailed oriented. Has critical thinking skills. Takes direction well and works well under pressure.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Greet clients, answer phones, take payments, set up new files, close old files, organize supplies, take mail to the post office, deposits, assist office staff with workload, prepare documents and schedule client's annual company meetings, formation of new companies and prepare company documents, send out reminder emails and letters regarding meetings, bills and scheduling appointments, etc..
Applicant must have...
- Customer Service experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic word and excel knowledge.
- People skills.
Billing knowledge is not needed, but would be great to have!

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
