We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests and check them in/out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and generating reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Experience with night audit procedures (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
