We are looking for up-and-coming employees to help us grow. Our SSA Operations Representatives are responsible for gathering updates regarding Claim Status for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist as liaison between Social Security Administration and the firm
- Resolve conflicts between our files and Social Security Administration’s information
- Track deadlines and prepare correspondence
- Properly review, document, and update case files
- General administrative duties as required
- Other duties as reasonably required in pursuit of Firm and client interests
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated team player
- A high degree of organization and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain composure when under pressure
