Responsibilities:
We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, 100% reliable and detail oriented. Front Desk responsibilities are checking guests in and out, handling billing inquiries, and any other tasks to ensure every guest is completely satisfied with their stay. Front Desk agents should be customer oriented and willing to go above and beyond to ensure all guests needs are met.
Night Auditor responsibilities are the same as Front Desk agents and additionally they are responsible for running all end of day processes, handling any guest issues or emergency situations that may arise during the night. Night Auditors work alone from approximately 11pm to 6am and therefore must be able to work efficiently without supervision. MUST BE EXTREMELY RELIABLE with references to support that fact.
Both Front Desk and Night Audit will be responsible for light Food and Beverage tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 18 per week
