SalaryWe are looking for an outgoing, patient, courteous, proactive customer service specialist, to help customers through the process of learning to drive and getting a driver's license. This person's responsibility will include, signing up new customers via phone, email and walk in, assist with scheduling, maintain accurate records, support the instructors, fill out test sheets, take payments, and assorted other customer service related duties.
The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, excellent people skills, and the ability to pass a background check required by the Department of Licensing. Training is provided.
Our ideal candidate is available to work both weekend days. We have a very diverse customer base and would love to find a candidate that is fluent in either Spanish or Russian.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
