As the face of Kings Teriyaki, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers leave happy and satisfied. This position involves handling transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to a pleasant and welcoming dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries.
- Resolve any customer complaints with patience and understanding.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
