A company that manufacturers and sells rooftop tents is looking for a Showroom Customer Service associate to support their team as they get into their busy season. This company started with a Kickstarter campaign and is now a multi-national brand across 40+ countries! They offer a fun, laid back environment and the opportunity to work in a brand new showroom, with a lot of exciting products!
In this role, you will be greeting and assisting walk-in customers in the showroom, answering product questions, and filling out billing paperwork.
Showroom Customer Service Job Duties:
- Greet customers upon entry to the showroom, assist with product selection and educate on product features
- Ensure showroom is clean and organized
- Arrange products on displays as needed, monitor and replenish inventory
- Participate in inventory counts
- Complete sales orders, invoices, and maintain customer records (computer data entry)?
Pay: $22-$24
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, Day Shift
Showroom Customer Service Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience working in a showroom or in the outdoor industry is a plus!
- HS Diploma or GED
