- Answer incoming calls
- Review and prepare medical claims and ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing a related field
- Strong understanding of Billing Insurance companies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with billing software and systems with medical billing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills & Experience in a similar industry or field a plus
Pay – Between - $18 to $20 per hours
