Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk to join our team. As a Front Desk , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. This is a full-time position (Monday- Thursday) with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to online patient request
- Assist guests with inquiries about their dental care and insurance needs
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a great experience for our guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Follow all dental office policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a Front Desk or customer service role with Dental insurance preferred
- Familiarity with Dentrix or other similar systems is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Experience with Dentrix software is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Knowledge of dental terminology is beneficial
