Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and check-ins
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
