Infection Control Coordinator Qualifications:
- Ensures resident/patient care meets Federal, State and Company standards.
- Promotes and maintains Infection Control guidelines and standards.
- Coordinates and conducts Infection Control activities.
- Provides essential information necessary to maintain Infection Control standards.
- Ensures all Infection Control documentation is maintained according to Federal (CDC) and State
Infection Control Coordinator Qualifications:
- Current nursing license in State where employed.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Practice in the basic principles of Infection Control.
- Knowledge of principles of epidemiology and/or member of APIC preferred.
- Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
- Adheres to Company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
- Ensures that all patient/resident rights are protected.
