Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and resolving any issues or concerns
- Handle guest complaints or requests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
- Train and supervise Front Desk staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or Front Desk management is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and other Front Desk equipment
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse range of guests
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Strong guest relations skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software is desirable
