Assist Property Manager with various tasks involved in the overall operation of a busy condominium building. Providing clerical administrative support to include, computer input, filing, printing reports, maintaining records, updating logs and answering phones. Other responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Welcome guests and provide helpful information as needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Ensure the lobby/common areas remain clean, organized and ready for guests. Inspect all common areas.
- Register guests upon arrival explaining property policies and procedures.
- Process payments to company's standards.
- Complete shift checklist to ensure company information is updated and Staff Members are prepared for daily activities.
- Strong computer skills required, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Promptly answer telephones, record and deliver detailed messages.
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and climb stairs regularly.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- This position does require nights, weekends and holiday availability.
- Some cleaning is required with this position.
- Hours may include 10:00am-4:00pm or 4:00pm-10:00pm. Weekends would be required.
- This position would be 36 hours per week.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision, responding to and handling unfamiliar situations with sometimes little supervisory guidance.
The wage for this position is $21.00 to start.
