About Fort Fitness
Fort Fitness is a training ground that empowers mental and physical growth. We are Orange County’s only High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) arena. We disarm workout monotony by offering three premium group training studios in one convenient location. We also provide a fun and nurturing environment for kids in our Cadet’s Club.

About the role of Member Services Advisor

This role encompasses more than just selling fitness memberships…it’s about connecting with our clients and serving our community on an unmatchable level.
Responsibilities
● Welcome members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive environment
● Take care of member requests should they need anything
● Meet and exceed all sales goals and key performance indicators
● Lead studio tours with new client prospects
● Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
● Participating in marketing and outreach events
● Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
● Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
● Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients
● Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
● Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
● Register all guests into the studio using proper registration procedures
● Work closely with Trainers/Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every time they visit
● Wash and fold towels
Candidate Requirements
● Must be attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging
● Must have outstanding customer service skills
● Must have the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, high-energy environment
● Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Flexible schedule availability
● Minimum of a high school diploma is required
● Experience with Mindbody software a plus, but not required
● Must have basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel
● CPR/AED and First Aid Certified

Compensation: Hourly + Commission
The compensation of hourly plus commission is typically in the range of $15 to $25/hour (or more) depending on your ability to sell, connect, close, and follow up.
