JOB DESCRIPTION
The Member Experience Specialist is a critical role at Burn Boot Camp. They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience and facilitating day-to-day activities. There is a strong focus on running the “front of house” operations and fostering the growth of community in the gym.
ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
- Build Relationships with members and trials, being sure to address any and all issues
- Facilitate day-to-day processes related to processing contracts, handling client needs and gym operations
- Responsible for making and returning phone calls and text messages to members and prospective members
- Responsible for making sure facilities are clean and organized
- Foster a sense of community with staff and clients
- Coordinate and post on social media
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator
- Able to easily learn and navigate software systems and maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have a high level of understanding of social media
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and follow through
- High comfort level creatively utilizing various apps for social media postings
- Previous sales and retail experience is a plus
- We are seeking employees who able to work early morning shifts from 4:40 AM- 10:45 AM at least one morning per week, as well as one-two afternoon shifts from 4:00 PM-6:45 PM per week. Saturday shifts, 7:45 AM - 10:15 AM, are rotated between all employees and each person is expected to work one per month. Must be reliable and able to work all assigned shifts.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
