The Club has been very involved in all aspects of sailing and has also expanded into a full-service Club and destination that includes Fine Dining, Social Activities, Tennis Program, and Kids Camps.

Member Services Associate:
We have 2 Part Time positionsavailable Tuesday through Sundayat our busy Member ServicesFront Desk. We are a Platinum Club of America and a Platinum Club of the World looking for professional, friendly, out-going, and hospitality focused staff to work in our clubhouse.
- Position includes daytime and evening 6 hour shifts on Tuesday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM with normally 2-3 shifts per week.
Free Staff Meals - Lunch or Dinner is provided for the shift that you work.
DRUG TESTING (Including Marijuana) AND BACKGROUND SCREENING ARE REQUIRED.
You Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Screening to be considered for employment.
Our Dress Code does not permit any visible tattoos and face piercings other than one small pair of earrings.
Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per Hour based on applicable experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED or higher.
- A minimum of two years in a resort, Club or hospitality industry setting preferred.
- Experience with Publisher, InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
JOB SUMMARY (Essential Functions):
Answer incoming calls in an efficient, polite, and professional manner; forward phone calls to other Club extensions or voice mail boxes. Greet Members and Guests who are visiting the Club. Take dining and event reservations.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, CORE COMPETENCIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
- Excellent customer service skills with an open, courteous, friendly, and professional personality and demeanor required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have working knowledge of using multi-line telephone equipment and reservation systems.
- Must be computer literate and able to type and efficiently, use word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail programs.
- Must be able to efficiently handle multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and providing excellent Member service.
