Pelvic Health Solutions is hiring for a full-time position for a Front Desk Office Administrator.
We are a rapidly growing, therapist-owned, private practice dedicated 100% to the care and treatment of male and female pelvic floor conditions. We are located in Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton, Florida. Pelvic Health Solutions (www.phsfl.com) emphasizes a strong evidence-based care clinical model where all patients are seen in a spa-like setting for a full hour by their therapist.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Required:
- Multi-task answering phones, using our EMR system, and interfacing with patients
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients and Team Members
- Support office operations including ordering supplies and laundry
- Perform effectively as a member of a team
- Strong computer skills
- Assist with basic components of the billing process
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Nice-to-Have
- Experience using the WebPT EMR system a plus but not a requirement
- Billing and reconciliation experience a big plus
