Front Desk Team Member

It’s that time where we’re expanding and growing our team. We’re looking for a Front Desk Team Member for our BRAND NEW state of the art office, in the heart of Boca Raton with SO many good restaurants close by, not to mention the town center mall.

It’s an advanced cosmetic and family dental practice where we enhance patients' lives with function and aesthetics. Our days consist of bread and butter dentistry (fillings/crowns), but we love the cosmetic and full mouth rehab cases. We also provide other services such as Invisalign, Botox , and other dental procedures.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor. We’re ready to invest and train the right candidates who are ready to grow their skills and knowledge

Experience:

Customer service: 1+ year (Preferred)
Medical terminology: 1+ year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1+ year (Preferred) We use Dentrix
Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
