Front Desk Representative

Job Description

Part-Time Front Desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.

Available Hours

• Various weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Occasional weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills
• Previous customer service, sale or related experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fun, friendly and flexible individual
• Willing to work as a team player

Responsibilities

• Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention
• Promotes memberships and programs
• Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA
• Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.

Rate of Pay

$11.10/hour (Commensurate with experience)
