Ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of dental billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable/payable in addition to usual Front Desk customer service duties.
Candidate must be familiar with or willing to learn our Open Dental billing software fairly quickly (we will train the right candidate if needed).
Training in dental assisting is a plus.
Please note we are looking to hire someone with a friendly attitude, good work ethic, and a great team player. Only serious candidates need apply. This will be a part-time to full-time position.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required).
Experience:
- Dental knowledge & experience: 1 year (Required).
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
- Bilingual (Preferred, not required).
