McGrathNicol is a specialist Advisory and Restructuring firm trusted by blue chip clients to partner with them to devise and implement pragmatic solutions for complex business issues.
You are an experienced Senior Service Desk Support professional who will join our National IT team, you can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne.
You will support of the firm's IT environment, including support for laptops, phones printers and mobile handsets, as well as applications, software and user access.
Reporting to the National Service Delivery Manager and working closely with all IT team members. You will have a passion for excellent customer experience and continuous improvement

What you will do
- Delivering an outstanding customer service experience
- Triage, respond and resolve tickets via phone, email and in person
- Providing support to internal clients either over the phone, via email or in person, and resolve their computing issues / requests in a timely manner;
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues and performing installations;
- Performing maintenance on laptops, printers, mobile handsets and other IT hardware;
- Administration and updating of IT systems and databases, e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure, Office 365 Administration;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Who you are
- Confident and engaging with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience in liaising with clients face to face and via phone, video call or email;
- The ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised;
- Information Technology or technology related qualification;
- ITIL Foundation certificate and experience in ITIL framework;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and mobile device support and management;
- Intermediate problem solving / technical trouble shooting skills, and proven time management capabilities;
