Front Desk Receptionist/Technician

Optometric office looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist and/or Technician to join our team.

Qualifications:

• **Fluency in English and Mandarin Requied**
• Excellent customer service skills
• Quick learner
• Proactive & reliable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• People-oriented
• Punctual
• Experience preferred but will train the right candidate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
• Obtain insurance information from patients.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage the Front Desk area, including maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Provide general administrative support to staffs.
• Perform pre-exam testings as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
