We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Experience is not required, but ideal. This position requires greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, and offering information. Our Front Desk Receptionist must have a friendly, outgoing personality and be capable of handling stressful situations with understanding and finesse. The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent customer service skills, pays attention to detail, and can multitask in a fast paced environment. This position is an essential role in the success of our dental practice.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Confirm patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and emails from patients in a timely manner.
- Obtain correct insurance information for new patient appointments.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility.
- Answer questions regarding protocols and procedures.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Provide great customer service.
