Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and mailing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with office management tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
