We are a busy, family-owned dental office within a fast-growing community that focuses on exceeding our patient’s expectations on all levels. Our purpose is to guide our patients along the path of optimal dental health by delivering the highest possible level of care in a friendly, safe, and comfortable environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for our Front Office Receptionist role. This individual must fully adopt our team culture and embody integrity, dedication, accountability, and compassion for our patients and fellow staff members. This team member will recognize their role as the office “concierge” and go above and beyond to ensure that every patient has an exceptional experience.

Required Skills

· 1-2 years of office administrative experience

· 1-3 years of customer service experience

· Comfortable with financial discussions

· Detail-oriented

· Problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

· 1-3 years of experience in a medical/dental office

· Experience working with Dentrix

· Experience processing dental benefits

This is a full-time position with evening and occasional Saturday hours required.

Pay: $18.75 - $25.00 per hour
