SalaryWe are looking for a part time receptionist to manage our Front Desk and perform administrative tasks in an alternative healthcare clinic. We provide a family oriented, stress free work environment. Prefer someone with a friendly and pleasant personality, good time and stress management, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities include
Greet and check in patients when they arrive
Answer and direct phone calls
Check out and schedule patients
Accurately collect payments
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Keep all office forms up to date and create new ones
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, typing, faxing
Necessary skills
Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
