SalaryCraft Collective Salon is looking for a pleasant and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team! As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for different receptionist and client relations duties.
Your role will be extremely important for enhancing customer experience and as well as helping with the operations.
Schedule:
Monday: 9:30am to 4:00pm
Wednesday: 9:30am to 6:00pm
Friday: 9:30am to 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Keep Front Desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests warmly
- Maintaining schedules of guests and handling cancellations
- Handle guest exits by ensuring all current and future needs are met
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Stocking beverages and refreshments station and
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them as necessary
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Monitor emails and ensure all client inquiries are handled professionally
- Communicate with stylist for changes and updates to guest requests/appointments
- Monitor salon supplies and inventory
- Monitor and update records and files
Preferred skills:
- Working experience in hospitality or customer service
- Hands on experience with guest relationship management software
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.29 per hour
Expected hours: 23.5 per week
