```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes--Responsible for Collections and managing Account receivables.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage Front Desk operations, including handling mail, filing, and other administrative tasks
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with patient service and Front Desk operations is a plus
- Proficiency in using dental software systems is desirable
- Knowledge of medical records management and understanding of HIPAA regulations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
- Experience with phone systems and handling high call volumes is beneficial
