We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Receptionist to join our Occupational Health team. Core responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support prepping patient charts for office visits
- Ensures all reports are in the chart prior to the office visit
- Check in/check out knowledgeable and experienced with scheduling appointments for multiple providers
- Accurately inputs patient’s information into computer
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills & Experience
- Candidate must have a High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Workers Comp rules and regulations for New Jersey
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Medical office background experience preferred
- Multi-tasker
- Candidate should be familiar with EMR
