Occupational Health Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Receptionist to join our Occupational Health team. Core responsibilities include:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support prepping patient charts for office visits
• Ensures all reports are in the chart prior to the office visit
• Check in/check out knowledgeable and experienced with scheduling appointments for multiple providers
• Accurately inputs patient’s information into computer
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate must have a High School Diploma
• Knowledge of Workers Comp rules and regulations for New Jersey
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Medical office background experience preferred
• Multi-tasker
• Candidate should be familiar with EMR
