Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong multitasking abilities.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with documenting in electronic health record, organizing files, documents, and other materials

-Maintains and updates various spreadsheets and electronic forms.
- Enter various types of appointments into the system accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Act as an assistant to office manager by handling administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Outlook, Zocdoc, Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in the menta health environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure

Pay: $18.47 - $20.00 per hour
