Prior spa/salon receptionist experience is a MUST!

Charm Aesthetics Spa & Boutique continues to grow as we are looking to expand our team! We are looking for an employee to join our team for the long run!
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Spa Laundry
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical products, is an advantage
- Ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with cash register operations is desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Clinton, NJ 08809: Relocate before starting work (Required)
