Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Thriving Naturopathic Clinic in Snohomish, WA seeking highly motivated, hard working, and energetic Front Desk receptionist 30-40 hours per week. Must be able to multi-task, have professionalism in contact with patients, and be proficient in computer skills.

Tasks may include but not limited to:

§ Checking patients in and out

§ Taking patient phone calls

§ Faxing/scanning

§ Collecting payments

§ Organization

§ Office clean up

§ Data entry

§ Running errands

Preferred Experience and Credentials:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: customer service

Schedule:

§ 30-40 hours Tuesday through Saturday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
