Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Initial Programming ensuring that systems are complete and operational according to contract requirements
- Responsible for programming, troubleshooting, configuring, commissioning, and servicing Fire Alarm Systems where assigned and required
- Regularly inspect systems for code violations/communicate them to the office for follow up action
- Prepare accurate/timely inspection and work reports for submission in Field Service Manager software
- Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, building managers, and client representatives
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as required to complete installations task
- Be able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work overtime when required
Basic Qualifications:
- Technical experience with Fire Alarm Repair and Maintenance
- Current S98 Certificate or NICET Level II (preferred)
- Any experience and knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems. Experience with Edwards and Gamewell-FCI is a plus.
- Ability to work Full Time and on-call hours
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
