Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Answer phones and schedule appointments using dental software
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
Collect and process patient payments
Manage patient records
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Willingness to learn and be trained in dental software and procedures
