Compensation to be determined by experience.
Duties include
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
Experience working with Architectural/Construction Firm a plus and would include:
- Project paperwork-type contracts, change orders, process pay applications, etc
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
