Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding company services
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide excellent customer support and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing customer information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
