Front Desk Receptionist
Hiring For:
Fast paced massage therapy and acupuncture health center seeking Front Desk Receptionist. This is a full time permanent position with room to grow. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, self-motivated, focused, flexible and able to multitask. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills a must. Tasks include reception duties, data entry, filing and answering a multi-line phone to schedule appointments. Additional duties during Covid-19 include, but not limited, to disinfecting lobby area, pens and clipboards. Hiring for evening shifts and weekends. All new employees are subject to background screening.

Shift Hours:
Weekdays: 7:00am- 3:00pm, 9:00am- 5:00pm, 11:00am- 7:00pm.
Weekends: Saturdays 9:00am to 4:00pm, Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
