Position Summary:

The Receptionist greets clients and visitors, in person or on the telephone, by welcoming, directing and answering inquiries. The role must provide a professional, courteous, and positive first impression of our company. This position is a dual role providing general office support and working with customers. Provides a variety of customer service and clerical tasks including telephone calls, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, maintaining logs and requisition of supplies.
Main Responsibilities/Duties:
· Manage Front Office activities and supplies
· Greet visitors; Direct Calls; Sort & Distribute Mail or Supplies
· Maintain GMP log, Visitor Log and Call Log
· Meeting management (agendas/minutes/room setup)
· Order office supplies
· Maintain office common areas, Front Desk, kitchen, and board room areas
· Communicate and report to Human Resources on task and duties
· Ensures the doors are open at 8:00 am at the start of the day and locked at 5:00 pm at the end of the day.
· Answer and direct calls on multi-line switchboard
· Communicate with customers and log all complaint calls and issue refunds to customers when needed
· Assist Operations with general office duties
· Provide professional welcome visitors/clients/contractors ensuring sign-in/out procedure is followed
· Set up, clean up and schedule conference rooms and for meetings; assisting with meeting lunches
· Assist with special projects & office management job duties as needed.
· Run errands, pick up lunches, assisting with party and holiday events
All other duties as assigned by Human Resources.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
· Bi-Lingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
· A friendly and cheerful demeanor combined with a high-level customer service attitude
· Polished and professional telephone communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams
· Flexibility with job/customer demands, tolerance for stress, and cooperativeness required
· Customer Service skills, organization and high attention to detail required
· Must be self-motivated, take initiative, and able to work collaboratively with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
