Duties include
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Print completed tax returns and put client folders together
- Coordinate deadline tasks and ensure timely completion
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain the client portal daily, uploading all documents accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a professional office or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) Quickbooks experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
