Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
Pleasant Nails is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Check-out for customers after their service is finished
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide accurate information to callers or visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

- Perform other tasks around the salon including folding towels, doing laundry, setting up pedicure chairs, and providing our guests with drinks while they wait
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

- Experience in nail salons or knowledge of nail salon offerings is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems, voicemails, etc.
- Proficient in calendar management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
