SalaryVenice Palms Senior Living is seeking a Part Time receptionist for our Community.
Weekend and evening coverage during the week is a must.
Our dedicated line staff with years of longevity will welcome candidates with upholding our commitment to caring, compassionate service for our residents.
Applicants must have care and compassion for our elderly residents, be highly motivated and have the ability to multi task.
Successful candidates must be extremely dependable, detailed oriented, patient, and compassionate for the elderly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
· Document any unusual events on the Daily communication Report for
each work period.
· Greet all residents and visitors in the facility.
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct to proper extension or take
messages
· Understand your role in Monthly fire drills.
· Receive, sort and deliver facility mail accurately and timely
· Assist with office duties such as typing, mail, etc.
· Answer inquiry's if needed and fill out inquiry form and send to
marketing
· Verify residents fill out the sign in/out form when entering/leaving the
Facility
Know the location and operation of all emergency equipment and
· systems.
· Maintain a professional attitude and consistently work cooperatively
with residents, families, supervisor, co-workers and ancillary service providers.
