We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. You are the first person our customers meet either in person or on the phone. It is your duty to ensure that our customers receive the support and assistance they need.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer multi-line phones and direct the caller to the appropriate department.
- Manage all voice messages and forward them to the appropriate employees to ensure the caller receives a call back.
- Process customer payments
- Providing excellent customer service to each visitor, assisting them with their questions and needs.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Data entry utilizing proprietary software, Word, Excel, etc.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role; with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, texting or emailing.
- Is detail-oriented with the ability to multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Able to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
- Work independently or as a team member.
- Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day.
