What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will coordinate and support cross-functional teams with the execution of high-quality Risk Management for all clinical trials and programs managed by Global Development Operations (GDO), covering early, late and observational programs.
Supporting the Clinical Study Team (CST) to drive effective decision making for Risk Management
Ensuring Risk Management implementation and conduct of study(ies) in accordance with SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines
Co-ordinating the Clinical Trial Risk Assessment and Categorization Tool (CT-RACT) completion and updates (by the CST) throughout the lifecycle of the clinical study
Input to the development of the study protocol and functional plans

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree or
Master’s degree & 2 years of directly related experience or
Bachelor’s degree & 4 years of directly related experience or
Associate’s degree & 8 years of directly related experience or
High school diploma / GED & 10 years of directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA/BSc in the sciences or RN
7 years work experience in life sciences or medically related field, including 4 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience working on clinical trials at a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company
Experience of, or oversight of, outside clinical research vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.)
Experience as a Risk Manager, preferred

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range: $119,349 - $134,555
