Front Desk Receptionist – Thaw Hospital
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the Front Desk activities at the Thaw Hospital including: acknowledging clients in person and over the telephone quickly with professionalism and a warm tone of voice, enthusiasm, etiquette and excellent customer service skills, scheduling appointments, managing patient reminders and client billing, and offering excellent customer service at all times.
