Job Responsibilities

· Answering phones

· Scheduling appointments in EHR system

· Checking patients in and out

· Collecting payments

· Answering questions about acupuncture, insurance, and our provider

· Providing a high level of customer service

· Maintaining patient records

· Insurance verifications and billing

· Processing insurance payments

· Problem solving

· Laundering of medical linens

· Stocking of patient rooms with supplies

· Assisting the provider with any tasks she may need

Job Requirements

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 8 am-5 pm

Part Time may be considered for the right candidate (minimum of 2 days/ week)

Compensation

$15-$16 an hour DOE
