Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: - Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus - Ability to transcribe notes accurately and efficiently - Project coordination skills for managing various tasks simultaneously As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
